You can reset your logon details using BankSA Internet Banking. All you need are your card details, date of birth and a registered Australian phone number.

Reset your password using Internet Banking 

Do you remember your Customer Access Number?

Step 1.  

From the logon page tap ‘Forgotten’ next to the ‘Internet Password’ field.

Step 2.

Enter your Customer Access Number and date of birth. Tap ‘Continue’.

Step 3.

Select one of your registered phone numbers to receive your Secure Code. This can be sent via SMS or voice message. Tap 'Send'. Enter your secure code and tap 'Authenticate.'

Step 4.

Enter your new Security Number and Password. Select Continue to finish. 

You’ll need your Customer Access Number (CAN) to reset your password. Follow the steps and once you have your CAN tap ‘Yes’ and follow the reset password instructions.

Step 1.  

From the logon page tap ‘Forgotten’ next to the ‘Card/Access Number’ field.

Step 2.

Enter your card details and date of birth. Tap ‘Continue’.

Step 3.

Select one of your registered phone numbers to receive your secure code. This can sent via SMS or voice message. Tap "Send".

Once you have received your code, enter it and tap 'Authenticate'.

Step 4.

You will receive your access number via an SMS. Tap ‘Close’ to finish.

Reset your password using the Mobile App

Step 1. Open the Mobile App and tap ‘Logon’ and then ‘Need help?’
 
Step 2: Tap ‘Forgot Customer Access Number’ or ‘Forgot security number/password’.
 
Step 3: If you’ve forgotten your Access Number enter your card details and date of birth. If you’ve forgotten your password enter your Access Number. Tap ‘Continue’.
 
Step 4: Enter the secure code that’s sent to your phone and tap ‘Authenticate’.
 
Step 5: Your Customer Access Number will be sent to you via SMS. Tap ‘Close’.
