Better banking services for Barossa Valley

Banking services in Tanunda in have been bolstered with BankSA and Westpac enhancing their presence, increasing opening hours and investing into a newly created co-located site.
The co-located branch will provide the community with a better banking experience with investment in technology and branch facilities, and increased opening hours for customer convenience.
BankSA and Westpac State General Manager Consumer, Mr Ben Owen, said the colocated branch in Tanunda reflected the bank’s commitment to the region.
“This is great news for BankSA and Westpac customers in Tanunda, whilst contributing to economic investment and continuing to provide local employment opportunities for the region,” said Mr Owen.
The previous BankSA branch site has been upgraded and improved to include both BankSA and Westpac banking services and increased amenities such as an iPad kiosk and digital banking options.
“The teams from both BankSA and Westpac branches in Tanunda will be located in the newly created co-located branch so our customers can look forward to seeing the regular staff they know and trust.”
Branch Manager, Sara Thuen, said that they have already received positive feedback and the team was excited to connect with customers in the new co-located branch.
“We’re committed to providing a great experience for our customers in branch, and increasing our opening hours to five full days a week for our Westpac customers will make a huge difference for our local community,” said Ms Thuen.
